Ballad of Gay Tony isn't available on it's own. It's available as DLC for "Grand Theft Auto IV" or as part of "Episodes from Liberty City", but it's not available as a seperate release. Having said that: Foppe posted... we have had standalone expansion packs in the past. Then its two expansion packs in one, i just didn't mention the other one because i've been trying to forget it even exists.
