They do mental gymnastics, blame others, say it was "all part of the plan 5D chess", say he's playing for something bigger, do "well democrats did this and it was worse" and on and on and on. Corrik and Jakyl are right. There is a core group of Trump supporters, probably between 10 and 25%, that aren't even really Republicans but believe Trump to be some sort of savior of America.
