I always wonder why there's no triangle, or maybe deep slotted, screwdriver bit. the two most common are the two easiest to slip, but it doesn't have to be that way. thinking about it, I guess it probably has to do with the mass of the head or something. something like robertson probably requires a relatively deep head, which works if you can drive it into wood, but not metal. something like slot requires the least massive head, I guess. --- ...
