This just makes you seem even more ignorant. Pinyin is an IME to allow you to get Chinese characters on a machine. It is not a translation it's an input method, you have to have a human manually pick the right character when using it. And Google never produced the translation from that picture. What the hell are you talking about. You can check it yourself, I wrote the dish here and it translates it literally. And pinyin cannot be translated accurately because it is ambiguous.
