Mandatory patriotism literally is fascism. So yes. The suggestion that if someone doesn't like it here, maybe they should leave isn't fascism either. If they were rounded up and kicked out for it, that would be fascism. Also - participation in the Anthem isn't mandatory. You can choose to remain off the field for the anthem.
