We should move all non-Natives to the reservations and let the Natives take their land back, tbh

If I remember correctly reservations take up 2-3% of the total land mass of the United States. We're going to be packed in like sardines up in here.

Serves us right for stealing their land

I know what you mean but if that were to actually happen I think that you'd be singing a different tune.

it was a war, land gets taken in war. giving people stuff for things you ancestors might have done is bullshit

Except it wasn't a war. Several times the US signed treaties as to what land was theirs and what land belonged to the Natives, then proceeded to ignore said treaties.

This was most famous in the "Trail of Tears", where Andrew Jackson flat-out ignored a Supreme Court ruling that stated that the Cherokee nation was a sovereign nation and the US, therefore, did not have jurisdiction within it.
