He'll bump a dead topic every 2 days to keep from dying by reposting the exact same thing he posted last time, then delete his posts when someone else posts to make sure the topic stays bumped. Or he quotes an arbitrary post and responds to it 3-5 times, whether or not the post is even interesting to begin with.
