Rotting corpses sure contribute a lot towards society.

Forcing someone to live in pain is cruel and might be taxes wasted to keep someone alive who doesn't want to.

Maybe it's better to help someone in pain instead of just killing them and gaining absolutely nothing from it aside from another dead body?

If death is "punishment" for the worst criminals how can you actually go around prescribing it to anyone else?

If someone has terminal cancer or decides on their own or through their power of attorney that they no longer want to live, why should they be forced too? How is the guy who cant keep his soup down for 2 seconds and is constantly begging to die helping anyone in the slightest?
