It feels weird to say this here, but last year between October and December I was being sexually harassed by a female employee on a regular basis. 4-5 times a month I'd work as a night receptionist at a hotel, and this woman who was in her mid 30s and worked at the bar had expressed several times how she wanted her and I to get it on. I'm married so I told her many times I wouldn't and she kept saying every man cheats anyway and that includes me so I might as well. When her shift was over she would stay the entire night till 30 mins before my shift ended (6am) just harassing me, trying to grope me, trying to make me take drugs with her (hard drugs), which she did in front of me, and she even masturbated while looking at me once.

To be honest I didn't feel the situation was hostile or anything, if that makes sense. I had the physical advantage over her so I never worried. The only times I was careful was when she tried to get me to drink the drinks she brought me cus she "joked" once about putting something in it. I was only really annoyed when she grabbed me or tried to sit on me or something. It was only like 2-3 months after the whole thing ended where I thought to myself "holy shit, I could actually post #metoo now and it wouldn't be a lie".
