When they stop talking about treatment and start talking pain management, you can measure your time left in weeks, if not days. Based on his recent updates, I was not surprised to hear this today. His "recent update" was just about pain management. His pain was unbearable, he was in constant agony. They were able to mitigate some of the fluid buildup and reduce the pain, but he was still dying. The worst part is that i think a few days ago he posted saying the trial medicine he was taking took most of the pain away...
