It's not shopped. TotalBiscuit used to be very aggressive, and I think that tweet along with his cancer diagnosis was what caused him to realise he was being a terrible person and to ease up a little. If I remember right he was venting about the possibility of not being able to see his wife and kid due to some bullshit with immigration. This guy along with several others were harassing him over it, insulting his wife, etc. Oh lord, yeah, that's ringing a bell. The only games that should require 60fps are fighting games and games like DMC Most games are fine at 30, but if you can hit 60, why not?
