It's fasting from dawn to sunset. Iftar is usually a standard meal. This begs the question; if you have to fast from dawn to dusk, why would you want to live in a place like Anchorage, AK, which has like 18 hours of daylight during Ramadan? Probably don't have a choice, their family and lives are there, they dont mind fasting that long, any number of reasons. --- When goods do not cross borders, soldiers will.
