Im lucky the place I live Im getting a huge discount (owner is a personal friend) or else I wouldn't make it Denver here as well. This week I've been considering buying a house(like a townhome I guess) and I don't know if I'm ready to jump in yet. I don't know if I'll be here longer than another 5 years, and part of me just wants to keep saving and wait for the market to stabilize.
