Our European operations. We updated our Privacy Policy and GDPR Addendum to reflect our global business. If you live in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Lark abides by appropriate local regulations, including limiting availability to those of age 16 or greater. This update does not affect the services we provide you. If you reside elsewhere, your service agreement remains unchanged.

At The National Lottery we are committed to protecting your privacy. We've updated our Privacy Policy to reflect upcoming changes in data protection law, and to better explain how and why we collect your personal information.

The EU are bringing in a new data protection act (GDPR) on May 25th 2018, which puts you in more control of your data that is stored by others. We are super excited to make these changes that will allow you full undisclosed access to the data we have to keep, and to put you in control of whether we keep it or not.
