There's no reason to be offended by NBA players wearing T-shirts. What if they are offensive Then people would be offended and they'd probably be told to not wear them. There's nothing innately offensive about wearing a BLM shirt. Notice how the NBA was very quick to tell players to stand for the anthem. They were more forward-thinking on the issue than the NFL. Yet NBA players have been very outspoken on social issues.
