Topic	How do you maximize your quality of sleep?
El Mexicano Texano 05/21/18 10:54:27 PM #10:	Not sure I understand the question I just go to bed and sleep like in 1-3 minutes. I sleep 6 hours and jump out of bed when I hear the alarm fully awake.
