They should just do whatever they believe is for the best. At the very least, they can try living a virtuous life of self-improvement. But in the end, they are few and do not matter in the big picture. No offence.

Reject degeneracy and live a virtuous life of self-improvement. That doesn't even need to necessarily be as part of a European culture, lots of other peoples do it. Preserving what makes humans human. Even doing that alone is a big help.

It is not for everyone. Better to not have children, if you are sure you would not make a good parent... I can understand such a decision. However, factoring in the difference in number, 5 Ed Geins would probably do less damage than 100 Roy Moores. ---
