Topic	Black man lies about racist cop, didn't know the cop had a body camera!

With that said, pulling someone over for not signaling on an empty road is stupid and petty, even if it is the law. Cops generally pull people over for minor stuff like that just to run the name and see if they have warrants. Traffic stops are how they catch most criminals. Or plates that aren't registered to the car they are bolted to. Just sayin --- We make men without chests and expect from them virtue and enterprise.
