I will get ostracized for saying this. But what ever.

I grew up with a poor drug addicted family so was never taught to brush my teeth. But I never bothered to learn to do it.

34 years, not one cavity, amazing smelling breath. Literally when ever I go to dentist they are like "wow what ever you are doing keep it up! You have the healthiest gums I have ever seen!"

I have a Marine friend who had a similar upbringing. So he never brushed his either. Same thing, dentist brag about how great his gums are, and he has never had a cavity.

I have two brothers who once they hit puberty and found out about our parents being worthless shots. They started brushing their teeth. Both have TONS of dental issues, like 10+ cavities. One brother even lost a bunch of his teeth to the cavities in late twenties.

Sure you all will make fun of me, or call me a liar. But it is 100% true.

My wife who religiously brushes her teeth has had about 6 cavities in her life, and her breath always smells rancid when she wakes up. Her gums also bleed when dentist pick at them.

But mine, never smells, not even a little. When they pick at my gums, no bleeding either. Not like my wife who looks like a vampire during it.

This anecdotal evidence has me sold; I will never brush my teeth again.
