Is LITERALLY a classic Eastern Sea Dragon... So, fine, I'll admit, with his great special, amazing attack, that he would have been pretty broken Gen 1 as Dragon Water. probably better than even Tauros, so only behind the psychic Ubers... that's fair. Gen 2 and on, no, he would not have have broken, but god damn you are cutting his legs out from under him. Then he gets a Mega. Ok, he's FINALLY gonna be a Dragon. Dark.... FUCKING DARK?????
