If you complain or cancel and then resubscribe...or threaten to cancel, they usually give you the promotional price. I've known 3 separate people tell me this.

Satellite Radio is pretty good.

After the free trial they gave me that 6 month promo price so I took it. A couple days before that ended I called to cancel so that I wouldnt get autocharged the normal price for the next year and when I tried to cancel they lowered the price 3 times until we were back to the 6 month promo price. You just have to remember to make the call before it renews and say no to the first few attempts they make to keep you. For 5 a month it is pretty good but I can't see paying 15 or 20 a month for the same package.
