Objectively speaking, it's pretty much on the same level as Popeye's or KFC, except they also serve burgers and spaghetti. (It always gives me a kick whenever someone unfamiliar sees the menu for the first time.) If you're going, try the spaghetti at least. It's Filipino style, which is a bit sweeter than regular tomato sauce.
