Topic	Who's the most overpowered RPG playable character?
NeoElfboy 05/17/18 7:32:17 PM #31:	Yeah without StasisRune, OverDrive is almost kinda balanced; TimeLord never feels like an overpowered PC to me. But Blue is cheesy as hell. Heck, even if you never discover the OverDrive glitch, he game-best magic stats by far and almost every spell in the game plus some unique ones like a MT heal/revive in a game which almost lacks MT healing.
