Meh, either way, 40-50% of marriages end in divorce in the U.S. May as well tell the groom, let him know what hes getting into. I personally think groups of friends of a couple who know one of the partners is being shady on the side and never say anything to the person getting cheated/fooled around on are pretty despicable. Its like some giant conspiracy. Youre not helping their relationship by being quiet - youre just helping prop up a shitty situation.
