Why haven't you started a ketogenic diet/lifestyle coupled with running? I dunno man. Sometimes I get into a "wow I'm fat and I want to fix this" and I'll lose 10-30 pounds over a few months. But then I just stop and regain the weight and usually end up a little heavier than I started.
