The point is that a bunch of her ancestors 'skipped the line' and forged documents in order to sneak into this country, during a time when there were plenty of nativists back then that had a problem with immigrants 'taking their jobs'. So if we were to accept Tomi's ideology, we should be deporting every one of her family members (aka DREAMers) in America that were able to stay due to that cheating.
