That being said, a few do turn away from guys in their late 20's or will just casually date them but nothing serious. A friend of mine dated a girl like that (she was 21 he was 29), and she often commented negativelyabout his age before they broke up.

Another friend of mine doesn't tell anyone his real age to avoid that lol (seriously it's like a secret he has kept from everyone for years...maybe he's a vampire).

Sure you might get girls here and there that wont date you despite what you look like and will judge you based on the number of your age alone, but then they arent for you.

I have been afflicted by this problem all my life, well in the opposite way as well.
When I was 18 a good number of women were worried I was 13. Now that Im 27 (both still physically and mentally immature) and my own mother finds it odd I want to date people up to seven years younger then me (though shes missing out as she herself wouldnt break her petty age gap rule for a guy who really like her, shes 50 and and guy was 40). I want to date people that are close to my mental age, not physical age (though this is easier since my physical age doesnt reflect my actual age).
