Topic	At what age would you give your child a smartphone?

(I'd probably become more flexible on that once they're closer to adulthood but, at 13? Nah. You don't need that.) Seeing worthless parents pushing strollers around while the toddler inside has its eyes glued to an iPhone is just awful to me.
