Penguin (Gotham)

Easily the highlight of the show, and 90% of what got me to keep watching during the series' weaker moments (as well as Camren Bicondova's surprisingly awesome Selina Kyle). While Penguin's role shifted back and forth for me in later seasons (I never cared for the subplot with his father's family) his S1 rise to power was to date one of the greatest things the show achieved. I never cared for the Penguin as a character before Gotham, but see him violently and craftily work his way through the crime families to be the (temporary) king of Gotham was awesome. I've only seen through S3, where it focuses on his relationship with Riddler, but honestly I always felt his relationship with Gordon was way more compelling. Penguin seems to legitimately like Jim despite Jim constantly being antagonistic toward him, whereas Jim hates what Penguin does but also recognizes that (at least at first) he was one of the villains of Gotham who was the most reasonable to deal with.

Max Caulfield & Chloe Price (Life is Strange)

If I were to run a full ranking these two would probably both manage to land around top 5. Their relationship is quite possibly my favorite relationship in all of gaming, to the point that I was more than willing to sacrifice all of Arcadia Bay to maintain what they had together. It's kind of hard to choose between the two. Chloe gets bonus points for being voiced by Ashly Burch, who I already loved going in, but Max is way easier to connect too as a character. I absolutely adore them both.

Roger Smith (American Dad!)

My enjoyment of Roger varies day to day. At his best he's one of the funniest characters on the show (most of this comes from his impossible commitment to his characters) but sometimes the writing just gets lazy and he becomes a one-note bad joke. But in a show with such a consistently funny main cast I never really end up having too much of an issue.

Tracer (Overwatch)

I am garbage at playing Tracer but I fucking love her. She's adorable and chipper and just embodies everything fun about the cast. It's really no wonder they made her the face of the game, her personality is addictive, her voice is super cute and she's fun to play even though I'm so bad at her. Reinhardt and Roadhog will always be my favorites though.

Pearl (Steven Universe)

Only saw like three episodes of SU but Pearl was the worst part of them. I hate her nose.
