No, they said structural/systematic racism as in areas such as housing and education. They go on to to say theres a link between lack of literacy and wealth and poor STD prevention and treatment. And where did that 'systemic racism' come from? Systemic racism to a far leftist is like Satan to an extreme evangelical Christian. Its presence explains everything they dont like.
