It's almost like international relations are complicated and you can't define (or undefine) your narrative based on one or two specific actions. There's also a lot of difference between words and actual actions, as well as how world leaders appear with each other in public vs. in private. Sometimes people make concessions with each other in service of their larger vision. You can be satisfied with some of Trump's actions on Russia and still be skeptical and concerned about what's really happening. The Russian involvement with people involved with Trump should be a concern for anyone who's not a blind Trump sheep Sure they are complicated. And I've still yet to see any real concrete evidence that Russia somehow significantly influenced the election. Instead I got shifted goalposts to "well he at least influenced Trump somehow." ...
