Partially. Flight, yes. But the strength is physical. He does use telekinesis to hold stuff together while he lifts it, but still lifts it with super brawn.

For example, when he lifts a skyscraper, they're just not designed to be supported by two hand-sized points. The whole thing should fall apart. Even though he lifts it with brawn, the telekinesis keeps it from falling apart.
