I am doing a partial hospitalization program starting on Monday for my mental health issues and that should be a big help. It should help me deal with past abuse trauma which has been a big hindrance in developing my self worth as a child into adulthood. That's good to hear. It's nice to know you're getting the support you need and quite quickly too.
