And with Susan Collins, she followed what the people of her state wanted, so that's understandable and consistent with falling in line with her constituents. Lisa Murkowski was openly threatened by Trump with retribution for Alaska if she voted no, so she had to do what any self-respecting Republican would do and stand her ground.
