I saw on Netflix they released something called season four: remix. Does anybody know what that is? Did they re-edit it or something?
Yes. On episode 3 now. It's like a different season. I'm really excited to finish this remix and get ready for season 5
You or anyone else: if you hated season 4, watch the be remixed season 4. It feels like the original seasons. It's worth the revisit imo

The original was very weird. Each episode was like 35 mins long, and it felt so strange and distant from the series. I'm on episode 5 of the remix and I'm loving it.
Mitch Hurwitz himself admitted he wanted to try something and different with the storytelling. But it's clear they knew it didn't work as well, since they deleted them completely off of Netflix

Part of me to wants to see the old version again to remember how jarring it was. But honestly I'm just happy the remix is so good. Did they film extra scenes to bring the cast together? It feels so much more cohesive it's surprising ---
