It's pretty damn easy to not get laid if you're anxious, don't have the greatest social skills or 'game', aren't that good looking (there's some pretty objectively ugly guys out there), have some physical traits that could be a massive turnoff like really short stature, or live in the middle of bumfuck Egypt. And some people just naturally have bad luck. That's just a few examples. Some people exaggerate the difficulty but it's dumb as hell to act like it's as easy as breathing and everyone should be able to do it without problems. Topics like this only contribute to the toxic mentality that society possesses about people who don't get laid, and then people wonder why there are so many guys that put the pussy on a pedestal.
Social anxiety is absolutely not an excuse because I have pretty bad social anxiety. Meeting a girl for the first time is nerve wracking and uncomfortable as fuck but I power through it because I like sex.
Yeah, it's not like social anxiety is a massively variable mental issue that people experience to many different degrees. Some people won't even leave their house because of it, but I guess that's not an excuse because you just happen to have (a smaller degree of) anxiety too.
Protip: don't use anecdotal evidence.
