He he can run as fast as the writer wants him to. Realistically if the flash could move 1/10th that fast and existed for real he could build a a railway to all the moons and planets we'd want to go to in the the solar system. Considering he can already fly to other planets, this would seem rather easy.

After that, he could have NASA or Elon musk give him what he needs to create habitable colonies on many of them along with detailed instructions on how to do so thanks to his speed reading. He would probably only need to look at them once or twice anyways before finishing each one. Now all that's left is to h get the flash to install a system to get it to move really fast. That could be done by first examining the flash's suit and reengineering the part that is extremely resistant to temperature and abrasion. After that just have the flash cover the rail train and rail system with the stuff and then have him supercharge a ton of small metal pieces to use to power the rails

After all this was finished, he could stop most crime and possibly all war in a month or two if that. Then just pick up the scraps once every week or two.

Now ,say he planted tons of seeds before anything else he did. Now the millions/billions of acres of food he planted all over the world would likely be ready to go harvest. Within that same day world hungar could be solved.

Assuming he was an American based hero still, nuclear war would now be obsolete and America would be the only nuclear power. He could easily intercept and either stop or redirect any nuke fired to a safe location. Even if he didn't side with only America he could still probably do this all over the world to an extent.

Now that most of the world's issues are solved, what now? Easy. He could have special power plants built for him to power with him and a special treadmill. Or considering how fast he could move, I'm guessing that he could use his speed to cause nuclear fission or fusion in a nuclear plant by a slightly indirect method that wouldn't be stopped by his speed force.

Surely between him and others to work there, it wouldn't be that much of an issue safety wise either considering he could easily just build the plants very high off or in space. Plus if there was a problem he could immediately attempt to stop it, get it somewhere safe, or hell, maybe go back in time and shut down the plant in time.

Maybe we could examine his abilities to understand interdepartmental travel and molecules along with possibly figuring out how to create a similar effect

If a real flash existed the world could make decades of progress in years, maybe less. Also he is a superhero, there's no reason he should not want to help. My examples are just tips of the iceberg too. Between a way for him to go to space, collect any materials needed, bring them back and then use his speed reading ability we could have free resources along with major advances in pretty much every field weekly.

All we'd really need to do is have groups of the smartest, most talented, and most knowledgeable people write books for flash to speed read every 30 seconds or so (iirc that's the time limit on op comic flash but if I'm wrong let me know)
