And its largely civil wars, proxy wars and insurgencys in poor or small/weaker countries. There is nothing even remotely close to say the around the time of the revolutionary war(Europe and other places and a shitload of wars at the same or relatively close times) Napoleonic Wars, or the World Wars and the worlds major powers are not in direct. And even earlier than the last few centuries...yeah history is absolutely littered with far more wars.
