What kind of argument is that? The same reasoning why buying packs of trading cards isn't gambling. Technically, the logic is sound. No it isnt. My trading cards have a real world value that I can trade for. If I have a Honus Wagner card I can get cash for it from someone. These fifa packs contain cards or items that you cannot trade or sell.
