| JlM 05/06/18 4:18:21 PM #31: | One time in Cleveland, on our way back to the hotel after a NMH concert, we got a little turned around. We stopped for gas in a shitty looking area. But it's Cleveland, not some Chicago slum. Right? Well we get out of the car and immediately, this group of dudes start catcalling my wife, saying things I can't say on here. We get into the convenience store. There's a cop over by the soda machines playing scratch off tickets. Meanwhile, there's three dudes sitting in the corner by the coolers emptying a White Owl cigar onto a floor. Meanwhile, there's some dude SCREAMING through the bullet proof cage at the clerk, because the clerk won't let this dude behind the counter to use the phone. The cop doesn't care about any of this. We didn't even get gas. We just walked out (QUICKLY) and decided to get gas the next day on our way home --- I guess I'm something of a ne'er do well. Pittsburgh ... Copied to Clipboard! |
