Weapon Durability.

I found it to be nothing but a major chore in Awakening, where you just grind for infinite money to rebuy your weapons when they break, unlike the older games. People just gave Armsthrift to everyone that could use it anyway.
Personal Skills

...What? How does giving each unit a unique, small but often very useful skill make the game worse?
the maps were far worse

Birthright's were basically the same as in Awakening, Conquest's had actual level design unlike the very open maps of BR and Awakening. Revelation was pretty bad, yeah.

Sure, it's all subjective, but some of these arguments I just don't get.
