Doesn't matter either way. All of our presidents have seen highs and lows. Obama saw record-highs and lows that fell outside of what should have been expected, due to inflation. Same with both Bush's and Clinton. We just saw a spike under Trump and now prices are dropping. Some praise Obama for his lows, some hate him for his highs. Same with Bush. Trump, if anything, will be known for his gas prices being meh, in a society where any price is considered too high.
