You set up a criteria for the fetus to be protected after a certain point unless it's the result of rape? Do rape fetuses matter less or take longer to reach that criteria?

It's harder to justify personal responsibility in the case of rape and ill-health.

But you're right, as horrible as the people who want to force rape victims to carry are, at least they are consistent. People who make exceptions are admitting they really know it's not murder, they just want to punish women
