Some people are skilled TV personalities. Dr. Oz is one of the few who's skilled in both areas. I see no issue with this. There's different positions in medicine. I would not expect someone who doesn't know surgery to be my surgeon in the same way that I would not expect my surgeon to be my general practitioner unless he's educated in both fields. if Dr. Oz is...well you'd never know from his show..
