Both were pretty scuzzy, but I'm gonna give the nod to Trump. He paid hush money to shut her up, then apparently hired a thug to intimidate her in front of her infant daughter, which is beyond anything Clinton did.

another stupid thing is that hilary won the popular vote but lost the election
this can mostly be attributed to gerry mandering

Gerrymandering is a terrible thing, but it's absolutely not why Clinton lost the election given that you can't really gerrymander presidential elections. It's given the Republicans a huge boost in both houses of Congress, but it's not why we have Trump as president (that can be attributed to the Electoral College, a separate but equally stupid part of the American democratic system).

they re-draw the district lines every year using a computer algorithm to swing things in their favour
they know what houses are voting and just a simple street adjustment could let them win 51:49 every time

a) Redistricting does not happen on an annual basis; it is conducted every ten years.
b) They do not know how every house votes, because it is both illegal to gather that information and impossible to know in advance of future elections (since a past Republican voter could switch to Democrat next election and vice versa). They can find out whether voters in the house are registered as Republican or Democrat, and they can also use demographic analysis to determine how voters are likely to vote, but they can't just flat-out ask how everyone voted.
c) Districts have no impact on the presidential election. Presidential election is done on a state level, not a district level. If you win a majority of a state's voters, you win that state (and, in most cases, all of that state's electoral college votes). Districts impact congressional elections, which is where the major issues with gerrymandering are felt.
