Make it so that you can only shoot those rifles at accredited ranges, that can be used for free by the registered "AR" owner. Then you can just schedule a time to shoot at a range, which would basically just be you calling 15 minutes before you leave and calling to get some type of confirmation number which can be used in the event that you are stopped by the police. A similar system could be set up for boar hunters. I can't really think of other legit reasons to be taking an AR-15 anywhere away from your house.
