Pac had the better voice, better beats, a hell of a lot more songs - hell his all eyez on me album had basically the same amount of songs that biggie released total. Im from Texas and I love west coast rap. With that being said , biggie > Tupac by a long shot. Biggie could rap better Biggie can flow better Voice is subjective Biggie had better albums.
