Basically nothing like what you described has happened because Trump is President, all he's done is prevent the rest of the government from doing whatever they want because he won't help other politicians do what they want so they spend all their time trying to get rid of him. That's all most people who voted for Trump really expected or wanted, to give the middle finger to the establishment that so badly wanted Hillary to win.
