If you did indeed not directly threaten her in any way I'm not even sure what they could arrest you for. Especially two months later. Really seems like something that isn't even really a problem. Unless, of course, you're lying to us and you straight up threatened to murder her or something.

Nah I definitely never said "I'll kill you" or "I'll fuck you up" I don't threaten anyone that way. I get mad at people but even in my maddest moments I only insult the character of a person.

What I'm wondering is why did this guy take on this case? Is he legally required to? Was he paid to? Like there's more important shit out there lol. Also idk if corporate called him to investigate or if she did. Pretty sure it was her.

Hmm. Google fu tells me you might actually be in a bit of trouble. Link:

Quote from said link:

Examples of conduct leading to a criminal threats charge include (but are by no means limited to):

threatening to shoot another person while you are holding a gun,
a recently fired employee calling the former boss and saying "you and the office staff better watch your backs,"
texting your ex that you're going to set fire to her apartment.

I guess even vaguely threatening statements that aren't direct threats can get you in trouble if charges are pressed. In California at least. No idea where you're at.
