We already have so many Pokemon, but for some reason we don't have the best Pokemon yet, Typhlosion.

B could be charging fire breath attack (that charges like Lucario's/Mewtwo's B) that goes from ember at low charge, flamethrower at medium charge, and fireblast at full charge.
Side B could be flame wheel that gives him sideways momentum.
Up B could be a downward aimed flamethrower that gives him upwards momentum and gains additional momentum if B is charged.
Down B I'm not really sure about. Maybe a stomp for something like earthquake, and in the air it launches him downwards instead?
The smash ball, of course, would be eruption, where fire and rocks spout out from where he uses it and then rocks fall for a bit longer while he can move around and try and prevent the enemy from from dodging said rocks.

Though, I'd be content with Cyndaquil instead.
